Protecting Pilot Information with Care

SkedQ takes personal and employment-related data seriously. As an app for pilots, made by pilots, we understand that sharing personal details can feel uncomfortable financially, professionally, and when it comes to scheduling legality. Our goal is simple, protect your information while giving you clear tools and reference to do your job.

SkedQ takes personal and employment-related data seriously. As an app for pilots, made by pilots, we understand that sharing personal details can feel uncomfortable financially, professionally, and when it comes to scheduling legality. Our goal is simple: protect your information while giving you clear tools and references to do your job.
SkedQ may retain de-identified and aggregated information for metrics and product improvement.
Reasons we ask for your airline and employee number:
We do not retain individualized information like: “Pilot John Doe was underpaid 4.5 hours for rotation 378S on July 25.”
If your union requests data collection through SkedQ, participation will always be optional and clear prompts will list you choose whether or not to share.

SkedQ is an independent product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline or union. It does not replace official company or union guidance, nor does it make compliance determinations on your behalf.

It exists to give pilots clarity, insight, and confidence—without compromising trust.
